Gender Identity

Maybe your egg just cracked. Maybe you're somewhere deeper in your gender journey. I offer a supportive, affirming space for clients exploring gender identity, self-worth, and embodiment. I also write WPATH letters of support when needed, always from a place of respect and collaboration. If a loved one of yours is transitioning and you’re looking to learn more and process your experience, this is also a great place for you.

Pet loss grief

“Pet” doesn’t begin to capture what an animal companion means to you. They’re coworkers, emotional anchors, adventure buddies, and part of your daily routines in deep, constant ways. Maybe you spend more time with your animals than with most people—so when they’re gone, the grief can be overwhelming. I offer a compassionate space to honor that bond, explore your unique grief, and make sense of whatever emotions come up—whether you’re saying goodbye, anticipating loss, or navigating life after it. You don’t have to do this alone.

Anxiety

You’ve been holding it together on the outside—but inside, it’s loud. The racing thoughts, the second-guessing, the pressure to keep everyone happy—it’s exhausting. I work with clients navigating anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, and feeling unsure of who they are outside of what others expect. We’ll quiet the mental chaos, explore who you are, and build something more grounded.

Infertility & Family Planning

Family-building can be deeply emotional, especially when things aren’t going as planned. I support individuals and couples navigating fertility challenges, reproductive trauma, and the complex feelings that come with making decisions around or finding out that you, yourself came from donor conception—especially the quiet grief and identity questions that can show up along the way.

EMDR

Tried EMDR before and felt overwhelmed, confused, or like you were just going through the motions? You're not alone. I specialize in helping clients who want to give EMDR a first or another shot—but this time with real understanding and care. We’ll go at your pace, build safety first, and make sure you know what’s happening every step of the way. If you’re carrying painful memories or confusing body reactions, EMDR can help gently untangle those experiences so they don’t hold as much power over you. Together, we’ll work to bring relief by connecting the dots between your past and present.
